Figured id share this as it helped me visualize the way heat is absorbed throughout a turbod engine bay feel free to share your findings for your set up aswell. Will be doing pre and post turbo hotside heat wrapping. This was on a 100 degree day:
98 ground 120 bottom bumper(heats up due to road heat soak) 113 top bumper 152 somewhat heat protected fusebox 145 heat protected battery 189 firewall area general temp

555 turbo turbine housing 439 front of valve cover(3\"downpipe right below it is what was heating it up) 347 valve cover side(exhaust runners heating it up)

323 exhaust runner 334 another exhaust runner 431 exhaust runner collector 174 trottle body intake piping 152 top of valve cover 152 intake manifold(interesting that it has same temp as valve cover)
This is about 1.5hr run time with 80mph highway cruise and some pulls. Then a 5 minute city rive back into the garage, these readings were taken as soon as pulled back into garage and car was idling. Ac running as well, oem ap2 no no aero mods, actually hadnt even set up the coolant to turbo center housing yet.
