The face may need rotated clockwise about 10 degrees in order to accommodate the extremely long rotrex bolts that hold on the blower. KW's bracket situates the blower at a slight slant as well, I dont see this as a problem. Looking at the sketch I see the P-trap exit off the blower might come in contact with the bottom bracket bolts. Good thing is, the bottom of the compressor is held on by a bracket that can be removed if need be to lower the bottom mounting bolts.

Is that a tanning bed in your garage? And, wtf is up with how your hot water heater is positioned also? They build them into the walls there?

Maybe I'm wrong about the psi

Look at your rotrex book. It says not to tilt it more than 15 degrees. I think the KW is already at max on that.

I have the compressor pulled! One should be able to fab the bracket with the compressor in hand AND also an original KW sc bracket in hand to show the 4 mounting points. The kw bracket face is 10mm thick which could be consistent with the new bracket. Ideally the 4 rotrex bolts that hold the blower on the KW bracket should be used again to hold the 2nd blower on to the new bracket. Also retaning the stock 4 mounting compressor bolts.

The same shelf contact area that kw used on their bracket to contact the blower can also be integrated. The picture below is of the removable lower bracket that attaches the compressor to the oil pan.....

The upper two bolt holes and bolt alignment should work perfect. This would attach the bracket directly onto the water pump housing like the compressor used to. The bottom front bolt location should be fine but the rear will need to be moved out!!! The great thing is the bolt holes are not actually in the oil pan! They are in the bracket. So a new lower mounting bracket could be fabricated with a new rear mounting location.

Black arrows attach to oil pan
Red arrows attach to the compressor

The rear lower bolt hole in the bracket will need to be moved out to accommodate the p-trap!!!!
