while i was having issue with vibrations a lot on my car (probably due to ebay ic pipes & DIY stuff) i decided to take off everything and made sure nothing hits. i decided to wrap my manifold and dp before i put em back on.

as you can see in this picture. the wastegate flange is really thin.

the last Saturday of March where i was on my way to cars and coffee, my wastegate came off the manifold.. so i emailed sheepey and he's always fast with his response. anyways i shipped it out same day.. and i picked it up that coming Wednesday all the way in Perris lol (3hr drive) couldnt wait to get it. thanks to 10 yr warranty lol.

this sunday night, i was having issue with my car due to cutting off at 6-7k rpm on 3rd gear. i was on low on fuel also at that time and was going WOT ( i know its stupid). yesterday we got the problem fix and thanks to the guys here in FI section for helping out. found out that the map sensor was loose it was coming off. nowonder it died on me at the light.. good thing it started lol. we also cleaned up the PNP clips. will be ordering the solder connectors for my ID thanks to coolguy lol

here is how we fix the loose map sensor.. lol

hopefully my fusebox wont melt. i know its really close but i will be planning to relocate it in the future. my buddy is assuring me that if it was to melt, it woulda melt it a long time ago. well see how it does in the summer lol

Your fuse box will melt eventually being right there. I had my dump tube sticking out really high too. But ive since cut it down a little more. Its not as flush as yours, but sticking out maybe 1/4"-1/2" still.

I know there will be more hear during summer! I use 2 layer of that DEI gold foil around the fusebox and heat wrap the manifold. Im crossing my finger it don't melt this summer lol before I can have it relocated

Nice to hear that alot of guys are going turbo with the s2000 and representing Honda properly unlike the stock civics/rsx with a fart can and nos stickers that tarnished the brand. I cant wait to start my build this fall that will be very similar to yours, had a couple setbacks but finally got my buildsheet coming together. Knowing myself i would of just got ID1000's on 93 and the AP1 return fuel with pump and maxing the duty cycle to hit 500's and then wanting more power and end up buying the 2000's and a E85 pump and then selling used parts which can be a hassle. You seem to be a humble guy because if my manifold broke like yours did so quickly i would be pissed!! The past two months i have been flooding my brain with F-series knowledge and reading the forums, and sifting through bad information and reading other turbo build experiences and the problems/solutions they came across. I was originally going with PFAB and backed out like yourself after alot of research, and just prefer to go another route not knocking on the pfab at all, so far got my eyes set on trackforged and sheepy. Im going to be running the same turbo P6266 BBgen2 most likely with the trackforged FF mani and flex fuel. The power band on that turbo is amazing! Congrats on your build, the car looks great!(besides the flower stickers lol) Do you have a video clip with the exhaust setup you got??? ive been wanting to hear turbo builds with full 3 inch exhaust, a resonator, and muffler at idle and WOT. Im trying to see what my options are I dont want a extremely loud exhaust, im looking for a aggresive note but one that u can hear the sexy turbo spooling at the same time. Thanks in advance

Trust me!! I was disappointment when that thing broke and I emailed sheepey about it. When I went to go pick up the manifold, he himself admitted in saying that he used the wrong weld on it... To be honest, I never even mounted the ELT from pang even though that's what I always wanted but yes I did change my mind when I got deals from sheepeybuilt. Yes the turbo is amazing bro! I spool around 4k rpm.

Thanks I've had my car for 4years now and since I learned about f series handling boost I always wanted it and plus I have local buddy who's had a 800hp s2k so he's been helping me out with this. Also, that flower thing is actually a symbol Filipinos use to represent lol.. To be honest you can't go wrong with sheepey for its price. even though I felt left her left me behind when I was asking questions after I bought it... Just my experience. Really nice welds and 10year warranty. If I weree you, wait unlike Black Friday because the hot parts were only $1000.

Here's a video of it with the exhaust. If anything the wastegate is way louder lol. Maybe cuz I have it out the hood. I also have vids of it being NA in my YouTube channel
