Default ultimate cooling system?

Hey guys, so I'm still a rookie at basically everything in the engine bay. I'm currently piecing together my turbo kit slowly just trying to make sure I do it right, and run into as few problems as possible. One of my biggest concerns going into this build is overheating. I live in Arizona and in the summer we can get up to 120 degrees. From my friends experiences, they all have issues with overheating with turbo kits. So my question today is... if you were to piece together the best cooling system you could, what would you get? list it in the order you would purchase the items. Right now, all I know is I want a full blown radiator and dual spal fans, as I hear a lot of good things about these products.

1 make sure your turbo kit down not require you to run slim fans. Get 2 spal 12 inch extreme performance fans. Out of all my cooling mods this has by far made the biggest differance in my coolant temps.

2 get an aluminum radiator. Full blown or mishimoto

3 get a good and large air cooled oil cooler

4 dei turbo blanket and lots of exhaust wrap for your manifold and down pipe. Fire sleeves and gold tape for hoses and wireing. Build good heat shields for your fuen box and battery or relocate them.

5 low temp thermostate

6 vented hood.

Here is my engine bay. I have all of the cooling olds that I listed.

I think this custom radiator is the best solution:

I heard from people who've run boosted cars on a racetrack the mishimoto is junk.

In for evidence as to why this is true or not since I have a mishimoto radiator.

Your good, you have the 3 row radiator, and your fans are wired properly. So your good. mainly for the guys who are running hard canyon runs boosted need the extra upgrade. I'm the one slacking on fans.

The Ron Davis dual pass radiator w/ Spal "medium" 12" fan has been great...although I am running an electric water pump.

I guess saying its junk is a bit harsh but as far as keeping a turbo car from overheating on a racetrack in a warm climate its no good.

The mishimoto only effectively uses a fraction of the available surface area. It's the same problem that stock radiator has.
