hey guys, read through all the pages great info, had a couple questions that i didnt recall being addressed.

anyone have experience if there is cutting needed to an amuse bumper to make the front intercooler fit? also i have 4.57 gear right now, will this be too short of gears to maxmize this kits powerband? being its a small turbo i imagine it spooling quickly?

thanks for the help
With those gears u will just be shifting more.. I believe revenge still has his 4.77's in and he says he loves them... Anu more power they will need to be switched out... With the greddy it is s small it spools in no time. I was almost thinkin that i would want some gears in still but I don't think I will since I might be getting power hungry eventually and upgrade to a bigger turbo... Sorry can't help with the bumper question.. I still have stock...

I do like the gears but with the bigger turbo my spool up is not close to how quick the spool is on the greddy. You also need to take into consideration the load time but for the greddy it should not be an issue. Until you get over well over 300hp those 4.56 should still be helpful. I would leave them be, there stonger anyway. I would add the comptech brace thing.

thanks for the feedbacks, i already have the comptech reinforced diff as well, knowing eventually i was going to want more power.

as far as the remarks for the ap2 guys about removing the front brace, i felt no difference at all, i removed mine because it sat too snug against my spoon snorkel.

Do you think it will fix the boost creep?? If this is all I need to do I am going to buy this kit .. It sounds like a really easy fix!! kee me updated please chad. I would like to see if it worked for you!
It's hard to say with 100% certainty that porting the WG will eliminate boostcreep (BC) for the Greddy kit.

However, porting the WG has successfully reduced and even eliminated BC in many other applications such as Subarus, Mazdas, etc.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to Chad86's, and other's results. Hope the damn BC issue gets resolved.

We are asking this kit more than it was originally design to put out...

I agree, I think Joey Balls has got the most out of this kit it has to offer. He is at 317hp on a dyno that read 15% lower than most which would put him at close to 350hp on almost any other dyno. Joey Hint Hint go get on another dyno!!!!! Before you change your set up.

Yah, I really hope it does fix the problem.....The anticipation is killing me....I am thinking about running 80mm header-back with only a 80mm resonator mid-way through and a N1 muffler (test-pipe delete). Do you think this is gettin to greedy???? My testpipe is 2 - 3/8".... kinda contemplating whether to do this or not? But I guess there is only one way to find out ....
