I did a search for E85 stations and there is only one close to where I live. Since the guy doing my tunes has done a few s2000's and a ton of Scions on meth I went that direction. He created a kit for the Scion which he is going to convert on to my s2000, I think it mostly how they enter the spray into the pipe so it atomizes perfectly.

Not sure what the advantages to E85 are over meth, please feel free to provide input.

OEM works just fine as a replacement.

I'm impressed! I'll tell you every in-and-out while we install it. I'm a bit obsessive, so there is much to tell.

Meth works fine, but it's just another point of failure in the system. So as long as you have the proper failsafe devices in place then you're okay, ie fallback to wastegate boost if pump fails or nozzle clogs. Most pumps can only do 50/50 with distilled water so you're not fully tapping the potential of meth in this case. Running higher octane fuel will always be a better route to take since you're utilizing the oem fuel system. Anways, E85 on an S2k might have limited use unless you're fully built since the main benefit of ethanol is detonation suppression, ie able to increase the boost at similar piston temps.

I would def say to port the wastegate..... It may slow down spool time a tad but i never noticed anything... It is totally worth in case you want to run larger exhaust later on or if u are already runnin TP with exhaust.... I would say it would be nice to have someone there that has done it all before.. It would make it a hell of a lot faster, but its totally doable... I am a total noob to turbo's and I put this kit on in a weekend and have had no troubles yet... Knock on wood...
