Nothing, I wad originally going to pool with a few other people to make the kits but it was not worth it. Since I am "Sponsoring" TRBOKEV I am going to give him the other have to the eight over everything I purchased.

However, if you are looking for a one on one party my schedule is wide open.

Don't judge me, I have to pay for S2000 addiction somehow.

hey have you guys looked into using CBR 929RR coils... many honda guys are using them w/o any problems and they are cheap you can get used ones for $80. Is anyone using these coils or have any additional information?? i'm not sure if you can use these coils w/o a CDI.

You do have to use an ignition box with those and that gets pricey quickly.

Scott (DSDDCD) is a good guy, he was just trying to help a few people out here on the boards (those who simply asked like me) by sharing what he has learned, by putting together a system for those who wanted one now and didnt want to have to wait for the Evans system. not to mention he is doing this at cost.
he gets his satisfaction by helping others and sharing ideas etc.. and isnt in it to make a buck. He has helped me with TONS of things on my car and im thankful to have met him here on the boards.

Any more info on the RSX coils, the new part # should still work as well as the old no?

Oh and Scott does seem like a stand up guy, +1 for him.

I was on the phone yesterday with InlinePro asking about their ignition in the race car
Ya said that they use the RSX coils with out any problems.

I still don't know if the old ones (30520-PNA-007) are exactly the same as the new ones (30520-RRA-007)

To my understanding LS1 coils are the weaker of the gm coil packs, the LS2's and Truck coils from the 4.8 5.3 6.0 are stronger units. This mod cannot be harder than when I did Individual coil packs on my LT1 trans am with uses a distributer called a "opti-spark" MSD sells a ls2 coil kit but it comes with 8.

P.S. I will never buy another product from MSD after all the bad shit I have had with there boxes on past cars...
