Default upgraded stroker+CTSC vs CTSC+4.57 final

ive heard people say that the SCed AP1 feels more powerful than the SCed AP2.. i dont see how especially with the 2.2 vs 2.0 ...maybe if the final was upgraded ...with that in mind, i have a CTSC on my S and was planning on going with the 4.57 final... but was thinking of maybe replacing the stroker...maybe the FEELS 2.3 stroker..im not too sure about the InLine pro 2.5 stoker...but i dont know...any info would be greatly appreciated

I'll take a stab here. The type of sc you're looking at is rev-dependent. More revs = more potential. There's a possible answer to the AP1 vs. AP2 sc'd question. I'm currently set at 9800 rpm.

Stroker motors are usually not good to boost on.

$10k is about right. SC w/ ac, AEM EMS, injectors, tuning, clutch upgrade, a couple of gauges, head work, etc.

If big power numbers are what you're looking for, go turbo. I, along with a couple other S owners, have been very happy as of late with Inline's service.

Forgot... I had(and still do) 4.57's gears before being sc'd. Can't tell you how much impact they have on my 387 rwhp CTSC S2000.

If you want more power, just go with more boost and gears. Cheaper and you all ready have the S/C.
