I sincerely hope someday someone can either upgrade an existing kit or make a new kit utilizing the variable CVT like superchargers from procharger i-1 and torotrak v-charge to name a few to give us a small, compact centrifugal that can also give far more boost at low RPMs. Even Rotrex has the A/S system now which instead of using gearing to multiply the spinning at lower engine speeds, uses an small electric assist motor at low rpms. The other cool part is then supercharging boost can be controlled via a map that alters the assist or ratio rather then swapping out pullies or bleeding boost off--we could have the low heat and compact nature/simplicity of centrifugal but with the added control and low-end of turbos and positive displacement.
