Default very scared

modifications:
aftercooled comptech kit
675 injectors
10psi
aem series 2
toda exhaust
etc.

last night me and my tuner were out doing some pulls. the first few were fine. however, the fourth pull around 7600 rpm, my boost dropped to 2psi. to make sure this wasn't a one-off, we did one more pull. sure enough, no boost over 2 psi. Once we got home, i looked under the hood and all over the bypass valve is oil, all over the splash guard is oil. Now the car isnt very low on oil, but this has me very worried. Has anyone experienced anything like this? or have any idea what it is?

Take some pictures.

Could be as simple as the oil return to the supercharger leaking or coming loose, then coating the pulley and the supercharger belt slipping.

And next time, if the boost drops, open the dang hood immediately!

since the blower isnt producing much boost i would lean towards the blower seal gone and oil is spraying out of that.

check everywhere else, if its nothing else, then prolly the blowa is dead. they are rebuild-able though.

ehh sometimes it doesnt take much.

when i shredded 2nd gear on my ap1 tranny i had to pull the turbo manifold/downpipe etc etc in order to lower the engine to drop the tranny and swap it. i easily could have bolted everything back on, but i just didn't feel like it. i parted everything out and sold the setup then the car. now i'm enjoying my new car.

similar situation the OP is in now, and only he can make the decision that he feels is right for himself.
good luck figuring it out man!

ive put a lot of time and money into it.

i'm going to take it apart next weekend. there is a leak from the top oil line on the blower. hopefully it's just that.

looks like more oil than that.

well the oil pressure in that line is around 90psi in the upper rpm range, so it doesnt take a very big leak to make a mess...
