^^It kept leaking a little coolant around the seal on the cap, which would pull a little air into the system at times. I thought I had a blown HG until I switched to the Koyo cap and it cleared up. I dont think the spring was the correct pressure either.

Can you please tell me where to buy the cap and which one is correct spring and all?

JD clueless to radiators!!!

If you are looking to get the Koyo cap and it will fit your radiator, which I'm sure it will, it has the correct spring rate and you can find them anywhere on the net for about $30-$40 shipped. Just make sure you buy from a reputable place so you get the real deal. I ordered mine straight from Koyo if I remember correctly.

This is what I have and they are pretty good caps. I dont know about this seller but they list the Koyo website in the fine print at the bottom of the picture. http://www.superstreetonline.com/plugged/p...m/photo_24.html

Just FYI, the stock cap will NOT fit our visteon radiator. When you get the Koyo, don't get the OEM size...

I don't know what the Visteon size is, but they had it at my local auto parts (Autozone) maybe you can bring the Visteon cap there to cross reference a model and then order the koyo?
