Default Vortech S dead, no spark.

Original post: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...&#entry12451434

Hey, I'm going to post here because I feel a few of the individuals are more likely to understand my issue. I'm currently running a Hydra EMS, 750cc RCs and a Vortech unit with a 9lb pulley. The car was running fine for the last 3-4 weeks. Took it on lovely drives never had a single issue. All of a sudden one morning I went to get up from work and I got nothing just turns and turns.

My tuner and I have gone through these scenarios:
Switched out with an AEM EMS that a friend of mine owns, no luck.
Brand new plugs still look good, don't seem to be soaked? Could be???
Walbro primes and does provide fuel because the spark plugs are a little wet when pulled.
Switch out coil packs, no luck.
All fuses under hood and dash are ok.

The car turns, pumps fuel but doesn't seem to want to throw spark. If it does spark it's not on a consistent basis. Only when it wants too.

I've been told to check the crank censor.
I read in an old old article on this site that a guys crank bolt slowly but surly started to come off and caused a censor issue. Does/would that even have/cause a issue with what I'm experiencing?
- My question to that is where is the crank censor? Do I need to pull the crank off and the oil pan?
I've been asked to check if the spark is grounding itself out somewhere.
- Where and why would this just randomly happen?
Also my roommate mentioned that my injectors could be staying open?
- These things are brand spanking new, could it be possible?
Pull all coil packs and see if all are sparking?

Are there any extra things I might be over looking that would make this happen?
Could I use the stock ECU and plug it in and try to crank it to see if it throws a code that I need?

I'm just at a complete loss as to why this all of a sudden would come up out of no where. Guys I just don't know what is going on...

The crank sensor is on the timing chain cover facing the drive side. It is attached by a 10mm bolt, you will need to pry it out.

You can't use the stock ECU with the 750cc injectors. Swap to stock injector to test if the stock ECU will work.

Check your crank pulley bolt. Check all the cams sensors too. Also look at the TPS and MAP sensor.

Tell your tuner to verify if Stat Sync is on when you turn the key ON.
