I swapped out the pulley to a 4" pulley and put the silencers into the skunkII exhaust (it was absolutely deafening before) and am retuning tomorrow. Will post new numbers with the dyno graph and the type of dyno after that.
why dyno it with the silencers in??? you will lose a lot of horsepower with those in? also what size MM is that exhaust??

just to clarify a few points.... KW had a sale and the high boost was 5700 and the you tune was like 4300.

Also you made 360 whpo and 220 tq with a j's header and a custom tune. the kw kit on a dynojet with stock everything has put down 355 whp consistently. with a tune juntuned with a header; etc, and a tune has put down 400 at 10 psi. the Kraftwerks kit with a header n exhaust and tune is mroe around 380 whp.

And im not being a fanboy here b.c im the first person always to pick apart kraftwerks

also when comparing the dyno graphs the kraftwerks makes power slightly earlier
i don't think the KW push 400whps with just 10 psi's ..

show the link where it was..

The Skunk2 exhaust is too loud without the silencers for his personal dB tolerance level.
He wants the tune optimized with silencers IN. That's how he's going to be driving it.

Yes it will cost HP, but with the silencers out, the car is too unbearable to drive

Ok guys here it is:

This is the new Vortech Sci trim supercharger running AEM EMS, a 4" pulley, 750cc injectors. The engine internals are STOCK AP1.

A few notes: the 389hp reading was done with the silencers out on the skunk2 exhaust, but I simply can not tolerate the volume. The 380hp reading w 230lb-ft torque is with the silencers IN and a STOCK catalytic converter. With a 70mm exhaust, hi flow cat, and a revised intake, the car should break 400hp (maybe closer to 420)

Big thanks to Asura for a terrific tuning job on this thing. It runs like stock at low rpm's and is just an absolute TERROR in the high RPM range.

usually a little higher, yes.

To the OP, I don't think you'll gain 40hp from a slightly larger single and testpipe but atleast 10-20

it's 9hp different just by taking the silencers out (see the partially tuned 389hp graph vs the 380hp tuned graph). I think going with a more open 70mm DUAL exhaust and a high flow cat (the above was on stock cat) along with a less restrictive intake (the one from vortech is a bit tight) should do it.

Only way to know for sure is to do it. In a couple months, it'll happen. Phil gained 20hp by going w an Asura Design exhaust. I expect similar results.

Ofcourse I could just drive down the street and strap into Church's dyno and I'd get over 400 hp tomorrow!

idk where the link is but pm juntuned and he'll show you. he also got dynoed on a dynojet or mustang dyno. he does have a lot of mods but OP put down 389 whp on a dynapack with a ems. Mr.honda did almost the same with a kw kit and a ap1 cam and a vafc.
