Default Vortech V2 upgrading to Si, T or Ti?

Hi guys,
I've spent a lot of time srarching but Im not sure what to upgrade my V2 Sci to.

I want to run 20psi on my V2 blower which has oil feed from my sump.

Im now being told by CAPA I can't upgrade to Ti trim because my bearings are smaller and the gears inside are not heavy duty?

I don't want the regular Si trim as I don't think it can spin at 60,000rpm like the T or Ti trim can.

Any help would be great.
Thanks

T trim is no longer available from vortech and ti trim you would need to buy entire new blower. Ti is only on straight cut heavy duty v1 blowers I believe.

Has anyone upgraded their standard Vortech steel bearings to Ceramic bearings??? Apparently they can spin much faster, less restriction and they dont get hot and mosst importantly they allow you to spin them above 60,000 rpm

T/Ti if you want to sound like a f@#king jet!

You will have more headroom with a T/Ti. You will need a bigger BOV if you go with this blower, otherwise you'll have some surging at low throttle and high RPMs.

Hey Tom! Really appreciate the clip, sounds bloody awesome!
What do you mean by the blower surging?
So the BOV which is located on the air/water cooler stops surging? I've already got one but not sure the type.

I'm so excited about FI, will be so bloody awesome once my car is running.

Surge is when the compressed air is forced back into the blower and out the intake. It's most obvious on turbo cars (and supercharged one also) when you slam the throttle shut and the air has nowhere to go. On supercharged cars and these big blowers it can be experienced while mildly accelerating and at high RPMs (think holding 2nd gear at 7000rpm while on an onramp). It puts wear on the blower itself and spikes up your IATs.

Just curious, what fuel are you going to run?
