Default Wastegate opinions wanted

I'm currently nearing the end of my most recent build. Here are some stats and information to help with my question. I am building the car for fun/touring and the occasional track day... My main wants are to stay on pump gas for Reasons of convenience and range for what I use the car for. . I will shoot for a well tuned conservative 500hp. As most of you will notice I have way overbuilt to achieve that number, lol
The statsInline pro 2.4l strokerAEBS sleeved9:1 pistonsFully build PP head Fererra valves etc..
Intake:AFI intake maniFBM 74mm billet TB3" IC piping
Turbo/exhaustPFAB ELT undivided maniBB 6266 turbo3.5" turbo back exhaustTial 44mm gate---------( the question at hand)
Fuel systemail FBM 340'sAN lines ID2000'sFBM rail FPR etc...
As I'm sure it's apparent, it's overbuilt for my goals. I want it as efficient as possible to achieve the best power at lower boost/timing etc while staying on pump fuel until flex fuel is a mor viable option...
With everything else opened up and flowing so well, I'm looking for opinions on the watergate... Do any of you feel that I will have creeping issues at the lower boost levels ill be dealing with. I'm assuming from my past builds ill see the ballpark numbers um looking for around 16-18psi or less with this setup. I want to stay undivided so I was considering sending the manifold to Pang for a 60mm flange and waste gate. Thoughts?

Big turbo, low boost = Big gate.

Granted I'm on a diff mani, but I have no problems holding my s366 @ 10psi with a 44mm.

I made a short runner manifold with a 44mm gate (jb6262) and was having creeping issues from 7000rpm and up. It would always creep up to about 11psi. The turn into the wastegate runner is ported and smooth, but the exhaust still has to make a 90+ degree turn into the gate. The final option I went through was adding a second gate (38mm tial mvs) on the opposite side of the collector. I can now hold 5psi til redline (~8400rpm).

I'd like to get the pieces together some time to log manifold pressure and possibly exhaust pressure.

^^^

Not surprised, that's asking the gate to move a lot of air holding that large of a turbo @ 5psi
