Nice. But why only a 1200 injector? Go for the 2000! E85 needs a lot of pump and injector. You can do 500 on corn

lol you caught me before I could edit it. My tuner has both in stock so we are going to play around with both since Im on flashpro I have less control of injectors..from what I hear. So it maybe FID 1200's or 2000's I will update soon.
I can't wait to see how it works. Get a electronic boost controller or a mac solenoid also. This will further convince people to go this route. Hell I might have if it was an option back a few years ago.

Running a MAC and controled via Flashpro

I updated my original post with my settings for reference(note I'm using a 11.9 spring which is probably different than yours):

To hold your boost flat, you need to boost by gear and have the wastegate close more with RPM. The RPM threshold where you start increasing duty cycle is when your wastegate spring = boost value

Thanks for the replys...im glad you did this setup first as it made me want to go this route after my 928M BLV failed also. I also welded mine pre aftercooler as i didnt want to be venting cooled air but rather help the aftercooler keep up with things.

Awesome! What psi is the 2.8" pulley supposed to make normally without the wastegate?

I need to finally do these over this coming winter!

Nice. Do you have a dyno graph with the wastegate at the 12 psi? I'd love to see that torque curve.

Think I need to sell my vortech for an SOS 1200 kit!
