If kpro doesn't allow for the AEM kit to trigger a timing pull then at least have it trigger a light.

ideally, you want to send the trigger for an error from aem meth to an input on your stand alone that will pull timing etc if meth kit error. since you cant, i personally wouldnt use it but at least send it to a light that will trigger on so you can let off the gas. again, personally, i would just not run the meth kit.

I would really avoid the AEM failsafe. Ive seen more than 3 kits already fail. Usually the gauge goes first. Pretty crappy cheap hardware. IF you can really try and go for the aquamist complete system. Its price is very similar to an AEM WM+Fail safe system. Around $750 total. Awesome hardware, has more features to make it work with your Hondata. It reads and adjusts based on your injector duty cycle which is great. I currently own an AEM WM system, had minor problems with it, dont need a failsafe device yet on my car but would switch in a heartbeat to AQuamist when I can.
