I blew my rings on my pistons also. So I'm basically on my 3rd motor! I went from a 2mm headgasket to oem gasket and raced a 370z before I made it to my tuning appointment. I took my motor to Darton and they said the dry sleeves would be fine, as long as I don't plan on going over 600whp which I don't. Here are some pictures of my dry sleeves, cp pistons, and brian crower rods, that I bought from real street. I don't post much anymore, I just lurk now. Pm me if you have any questions.

I would just build up the block you have and sleeve it. Its possible that its a piece of the ring if the cylinder walls are badly damaged like cylinder 2. Cylinder 2 is probably damaged from washing out of the cylinders with fuel when you were driving it without it firing.
