Which turbo, injectors...

Who is going to tune it?

There are several different choices for all of the above

Its not so much how much psi you can run with stock injectors but how much hp potential they can handle. If your motor flows better then stock from your ported intake and exhaust you might only be able to deliver enough fuel to run up to 6psi vs the guy with a more stock breathing set up who can run 7psi

Kind of a weird question since you will be running an EMS, no point in sticking with stock injectors at that point. But to answer your question they are good for about 300whp. Another 25whp or so if you want to push them to more unreliable levels. But these were designed to run 200whp so another 100 is already asking allot.

You wont make squat with stock injectors and turbo. The fuel requirements go up much quicker on a turbo set up due to the power curve. Stock injectors are pointless with your mods turbo or not.

Around 300whp sounds right, if you get injectors.

And what would be the numbers for 8psi 10psi and 12psi .. and at what point would it be a good idea to get ARP head Studs

Yeah and if it was a decent turbo, at least a 5965 than at ten psi you should make at least 360 with injectors.
