Default What oil to use, and what viscosity?

I'm now going turbo with my S. What oil and viscosity should I use? I have been using Castrol Magnatec 5w-40 until now, and like it. Would it be ok to continue to use the same oil now that I'm going turbo? Or should I use another brand or another viscosity?
Keep in mind that I live in Norway, and we don't have Royal Purple etc here. Some well known brands that are quite easy to get here would be f.ex Castrol, Agip, Mobil 1 to mention some. My experience with these so far is that the S uses noticeable amount of oil with Mobil 1, and uses no(!) oil with the Castrol..
Greatful for any help!

I run shell rotella 15w40. Oil Consumption decreased significantly from when I was bone stock running synthetic mobil 1 to now turbo and running shell. I would stay away from Castrol. I work for a company that develops oil additives and in our severe duty testing Castrol has always performed badly.
