Take a quick read of this:
http://store.forcedperformance.net/m...otor%20Oil.pdf

Amsoil AMO 10w40 has

TBN: 12.1
Zinc: 1378
Phosphorus: 1255

Just make sure you're running it with no cat.

Keep in mind that I live in Norway, and we don't have Royal Purple etc here. Some well known brands that are quite easy to get here would be f.ex Castrol, Agip, Mobil 1 to mention some. My experience with these so far is that the S uses noticeable amount of oil with Mobil 1, and uses no(!) oil with the Castrol..
Greatful for any help!
5/40 is a good weight NA or FI. I use it most often. Currently Shell Rotella. If you find your current 5/40 oil is working good for you now, I'd stick with it.

Best oil I've ever used so far. I burn less using Rotella compared to other store brands. Amsoil is great also, I ran 0w30 when I was NA and even that was awesome too.

Brad Penn 20-50. I've been doing a lot of testing with the Joe Gibbs oil lately with great results as well.
