TF was on my to do list when I saw THIS THREAD.

Amsoil Synchro, supercharged with 340wph. I brought the car in July and don't know what was in it, but the Amsoil was a noticeable improvement.

Honda mtf here . I change it every 6k or so . Ive tried the Gm synchro mesh and Redline fluids . All were about the same when new but all of them go to crap fast( 5k or so ) . At least thats my take .

Btw,I have two quarts of the amsoil stuff that I can't use. If anyone wants it for $20 plus shipping, it's all yours........

If this isn't allowed, sorry . I just don't feel like making FS thread for two quarts.....

I use in the pass honda mtf, gm synchromesh an amsoil synchromesh. In my tranny honda mtf after hard pull; the fluid heats up and I can feel the shifting getting not as smooth. Gm stuff works better than honda mtf. But still not perfect.I notice both gets worse after 1000 miles. Amsoil is the best I use. Smooth at cold starts and gets better as the fluid warm up. It stay smooth after 20k miles. Also seem like the fluid gets more smooth after each pull. I also amsoil stuff on my diff.
