Default What would I be looking at with a downpipe upgrade

I have a turbocharged berlina 2001 s2000with 70k on it and the following setup
Pfab topmount
Precision pt6262
2.5 charge piping
2.5 inch downpipe heatwraped
I Nvidia straight piped with no cat
1100 cc FID injectors
Walboro 255
Greddy front mount
HKS ssqv
Haltech engine management

I'm currently running 16 psi on the car and obviously the downpipe is a huge bottle neck. It's street tuned with an innovative wideband with a digital readout on the steering column. Within the next few months I plan on buying 2 pieces of 3 inch u pipe from summit, the requisite flanges and having a buddy fab up a downpipe, then possibly doing a dyno tune on 16 psi or maybe turn it up some, but this is a partial daily driver so I'm wondering if you guys think upgrading the downpipe and having a highly reccomended reputable person dyno tune it. Or if I'll even need to up the boost with a bigger downpipe. I've had dam friends and know what gains just a downpipe, exhaust, intake and boost controller upped a few lbs can do towards making a car over a second faster in the quarter and seeing it add 100 horsepower when tuned with an safc...so it's obvious a turbo setup is all about exhaust, exhaust, exhaust. You guys think the additional half inch pipe will really change the car that much???

I would recommend atleast just throwing it on the rollers just to see where it's at, simple base is needed to tell. Not tell but it would be better to go from.

In short your in the right direction tho.
