I'm averaging 190-194 without the a/c on.

With the a/c on, it goes up to 201-202, but I've seen it peak at 205.

I'm just trying to see what is the safe number range.

And also, any advice to get maximum cooling efficiency ?

If it matters, I am running......

ARC radiator with stock fans
OEM HONDA blue coolant.
Inline pro 3mm head gasket.
AEM EMS

Try reading these two articles:

I want to say the fans come on around 95C to 100C, though they are always on when the A/C is on. 95C is 203F, so that seems okay.

200 is plenty safe still I believe. It's once it starts climbing over 210 I would start getting more nervous. Especially if you have a thicker head gasket.

My coolant temp stays normally right around 180. Highest I have seen it get on a really hot day on the highway to 201 and then went right back down to 180.

OP, What engine management are you using? What temp do you have your fans set to come on/off? The highest I have seen is 192.

Mine are your typical on above 190 and off below 178.

Yea, Inline Pro also said that the temp range should be 190-210. I would really like to stay close to 190 but with the A/C on, its closer to 199-200. Also, if it matters, today's temperature was 92 degrees.

mine is in the 190's 99% of the time. sometimes it hit 201-205 but it will usually go back in the 190's very fast.

i have an aem ems version 2 with a serial gauge reading the water temp through the stock sensor. car has a bacis turbo setup with an mishimoto radiator and stock fans.

did you update your coolant temp sensor calc table? if not then do it and you will prolly see the temps drop. i dont get upset now still it creeps over 215 and stays there. typically, crusing i see 180-185 no ac, and with ac 185-195. bumper to bumper traffic i have seen 205-210 with ac on.
