Ive got an autometer gauge runs directly to the block.

Im getting 170 degrees on highway. In stop go traffic 180 degrees and when im boosting hard and then slow down to a stop I can get to 190 degrees.

Seems to be cooler than most, maybe my gauge is slightly off.

180-190. Haven't seen it go over 190 this year no matter how hard I pound on the car.

Running AEM EMS, fans are set to turn on at 195. Rode in bumper to bumper traffic, 90 degree ny heat, a/c off... fans did a great job at keeping my temps at 190.

Should i be concerned that my a/c fan doesn't automatically come on when i turn on the a/c?

Running ILP stage 1 with stock cooling.

I was thinking about purchasing a vented hood but still debating on it.

But I did order a pair of medium profile SPAL 12" puller fans rated at 1230 CFM each.

And plan to purchase an aluminum fan shroud and weld it onto my ARC radiator.

Similar to what member CRVRX did ....... ( pictures below )

I have double SPAL fans on my FB radiator and see my temperatures varying from 180-190 depending on outside temperatures and if i'm running my A/C. I have the same coolant tables setup as you and have yet to see them jump super high; I did get my temps to creep last summer when i was running a/c with my stock radiator and stock fans, but haven't had the same this summer.

I'd recommend you don't weld that fan shroud on your car because as it may help your temps when you're at a stop, it'll hurt your temperatures when you're on the move.

Also, if they're the same fans as mine, you'll have to run 30amp fuses in your fusebox, as i instantly blew mine when i started them up.

do you have both fans to turn on at the same time together ? or separately like stock configuration ( a/c & radiator )

thanks for the 30amp fuse headsup, I'll be sure to do that. Did you add the SPAL relay ?

if it was me, i would use the stock wiring to trigger a relay and then run new power wire to the fans from battery. i bet those are beast fans that draw a lot of amperage.

my summit crap fan doesnt drawn much so i reused stock wiring. it pulls air just fine and was cheap cheap cheap!

For some reason, both my fans have always turned on, no matter if the a/c was on or not. I do have the extreme fan from SPAL, the ones in that picture upon closer inspection have a thinner looking motor, so you might be able to get away without the 30 amp fuse, but its worth throwing it in just in case. I did not use the SPAL relay, but if it does blow, I might consider it.
