S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

What is your engine coolant temperature ? ( water temp )

You're definitely right about that, running a bit thicker gauge wire would probably be safer. I followed what Ptuning did with their fan setup, which was to just replace the fuse with a 30 amp fuse, so if they can pull it off on lots of cars, i'm not too worried. Especially as they use a SPAL 16inch Extreme fan that pulls more amps than my 12 inch fan, on each separate relay.

i have to admit i dont know ratings of wires etc etc. if ptuning does it, i gotta imagine it aint that bad, and you havent had a wire burn yet. when your fans are running have you ever grabbed the wire to see if its warm? at anyrate, it woulda failed already if it was that bad lol.

I'm no expert either, but if the wires were to melt, or burn, they would do it almost instantly. I've felt the wires, and they are no hotter than the rest of the engine compartment.
