Got MOST of my parts.. just lagging the turbo, map sensor, fuel pump, and meth kit (also going to setup direct port).. Then over the winter gonna tear it down have everything ceramic/powder coated and do a decently extensive wire tuck.. then in the early spring get myself a rear end that will take some power.. she will ready to roll out in May when the salt is GONE!

Look forward to seeing what I and everyone else with elongated projects comes up with!

Carwise:
Not much...I like the S2K where it's at for now. I do have a 12psi pulley to put on that will give some extra ponies, but right now I'm fine. It's a fast and non-maintenance DD. The benefit of a SC I suppose.

I've been considering a Switzer kit on the Turbo but I'm not sure I'll keep the P-car for the long term so I'm holding off.

I'll upgrade the Mini CS soon and bump the power. It's going to be an involved install so I've held off due to my laziness and other projects.

Motorcycle-wise:
I've speced out a 1500 built engine for the Vmax (Gen1s are 1200s) that would be good for about 160-170ish to the rear wheel - about what the Gen2s are running at. Did a lot of appearance mods for it so far - CF, black chrome, etc.

I'm in weight reduction mode on the ZX12R. The motor is pretty much built out at this point unless I did a SC or TC so I'm focusing on CF stuff for it. Looking at a BST rims purchase by the end of the year. Going to get a 696 or 796 Monster for the wifey (and me ) soon. I'd do a 1100, but that would be more than she could handle weight/height wise. I already have two bikes she can't use and she's a beginneer.

Just put the head back on the car with a stock HG and re-tuning this Friday hoping to make some pretty good power again but a little safer.

Just finishing up my wire tuck / passenger side engine bay cleanup... New parts are in the works, but I've still gotta check compression (for damage due to overheating a few months back after a repair shop forgot to plug in the driver's side fan).
