Default Is oil filer relocation necessary?

I have been reading on this topic all day and cant seem to find a good answer. I am going to be running a tubular top mount turbo setup and the oil filter wont have any clearance problems but the manifold will sit near it. The manifold will have a hi temp coating on it as well. Do I need an oil filter relocation kit to keep my filter from melting? I read that with the greddy relocation kit will allow me to keep my stock oil cooler but could I keep it if I get an inline pro relocation kit? I'm just not sure and from what I read I shouldn't get a filter relocation kit unless I need one.

It will be fine! I seen some manifolds that are so close to the filter! As long as it doesnt touch it wont melt the filter.

I am no master fabricator or anything but I am a decent welder so I am just going to make one when I install my turbo kit
