For someone that's heard a both a Comptech and Vortech Supercharger in action, how does the whine compare? About the same, or is one louder than the other? If one is louder, how much louder? Thanks for your help, and sorry if this has been talked about (over and over and over again), I searched but couldn't find anything.

Comptech is louder.

 

I've heard several, and though the comptech was quieter. xviper's done the same and thought the Vortech was quieter.

They both whine and sound slightly different, as they are different SC units.

My SC tends to whistle/ratttle at a lower frequency than my co-workers Comptech.
