Default Wide crank pulley - where

Anyone knows where I can buy a wider pulley? I will use for a special supercharger project.
Just like two stock pulley welded together (that's the width I need). Single aluminum CNC billet is ideal. Must be the same stock diameter.
Who can make those?

Thanks

You could use a mandrel with a drive gear on it? It'd be a lot cheaper. I did this when I drove a mechanical fuel pump by belt on my Subaru project. I'm guessing you are wanting to drive something that's going to be further away from the motor???

It would obviously need to be pretty beefy to turn a supercharger though.

You could get a hold of ATI, I believe they'll make custom pulleys for any application. It'll be expensive though.

What is mandrel with drive gear?

The supercharger installation will be in the front. Wider pulley is needed.
None of the kits for sale will fit to my project -- strickly i'm starting from scratch.

It requires a bit of maching to make work, as they don't make a mandrel specifically for import engines (as far as I know) but it's far cheaper than having a crank pulley custom made. The last like I looked into having one made I got quoted $800-$1000

You can see the drive mandrel on my Subaru setup driving the pump

Here is a generic picture of a few drive mandrels. The gears are keyed and slide over the mandrel. There are many ways to go about it.

Awesome pictures! Thank you very much.

Now I understand. My only question, will that narrow belt can drive a supercharger pulley?
My supercharger pulley has 8 ribs (7).

I wouldn't want to use a belt that size to turn a supercharger. But you can put many different sized pulleys on those mandrels. So you have a lot of different options.

VT, CT, SOS, and SOT all use a setup with a modified crank pulley that allows a second puley to be bolted to it. would that work?

CT-Engineering will sell you just the billet portion that bolts to your crank pulley, or you can buy a new modified crank pulley and the S/C pulley from them. WAY less than $800-1000.

The front of the stock pulley has been machined and can be used as a register ( location point) for a bolt on second pulley section.
