will the car handle 300hp
can the s2000's internals, drive train, injectors, fuel pump, etc. be able to handle 300hp via turbo kit if tuned correctly? i've heard we have a weak differential but i duno exacly what that means anyway
also would a 2mm gasket help prolongue the life of the motor. i hear it lowers the compression ratio a bit. thanks for any info!

All the reading I have done indicate that you will want to go to 440cc injectors for 300-330 RWHP from a turbo - but I am no expert and am certain that someone will correct me if I am wrong.
I have read about a couple cars running 300 turbo RWHP on stock injectors but am not so sure how well they run or if they are dangerously lean.

Injector size depends on fuel pressure and tuning method. FI like the Comptech and Vortech SC's get away with using the stock injectors by increasing fuel pressure proportionally to boost pressure and get close to 300hp peak. A tad ghetto and I wouldn't go much higher with out better engine management.
If you opt for a replacement ECU or decent piggyback (Emanage Blue or Ultimate) you can control bigger injectors and not rely on a mechanical rising rate regulator. 440s would be fine for 300hp at the crank but for 300 at the wheels (about 375 at the crank) they would be at or beyond the limit. And with proper engine management like the AEM EMS you can run pretty much any size injectors you like and get a good tune.
BTW, I have some 550s for sale. Check my sig.
