I got more compliments on my miata then my S. Believe it or not. My Miata was 10 times more classy then my S. I love the S but it looks like every other one on the street. My miata was unique.

When I decided to be stupid and buy a house, sell my S2000 so my wife could get her Touareg I went looking for a cheap used miata.
I purchased the MSM for 19K out the door brand new with 1.9% for 36m.
Im happy with it.
I am yet to track it. I do have 2000 miles + on the track in an S.
I can say that the S is a razor blade on the track. The miata is a sharp knife.

Miata's are a blast. The S is definitely a more serious performance car but theres a lot to be said about something that is not so serious, just tossable and fun. Thats what the Miata is all about. I sold my S to buy a house as well, I now have a '94 Del Sol that cost about $15k - $20k less than an S, looks and drives like it just rolled off the showroom floor and it puts a smile on my face everytime I get behind the wheel.
