Amuse or J's header provides the best performance gains (according to the header FAQ in the NA section).

Wow that sounds amazing... so you know the history on that exhaust?

also how much power was he making with those bolt ons?

Not sure on power, he's never had it on the dyno. He is tuned by Jeff Evans, car has incredible midrange.
