Keep in mind guys, with ITBs alone you will gain next to nothing in terms of power.

Import Sport pointed that out and I agree that 200hp is not bad at all. Now with tuning and other parts you can have a beast, again if its done correctly.

I expected around 200hp because its just the ITBs.

Bump..

Much props for taking the time, effort, and money to help out the S2000 community by coming up with a good conservative base map. I plan on staying N/A and have considered ITB's but have shy'd away due to the need to get the maps properly tuned. Being in MN, it makes it impossible to find a competent, experienced Honda tuner. But with your help, I may end up going the ITB route over the Full Race intake manifold.

BTW, has anyone heard anything about the Full Race manifold?

I've seen it, and it looks to have potential, but no real information has been posted on it.

No problem. That problem is common everywhere. Not many tuners know what to do with ITBs and how to tune them properly. Which is why you dont see many of them in the U.S. on s2ks. Usually most companies just sell you the ITB with no help whatsoever with assembling ( most are in Japanese for directions) and give you no advice on tuning it. Just the system in itself. If you go with Tracy Sports ITBs, on bulletproof, the kit ALONE sells for 7,500. Which is why most people dont go with ITBs cause of the stress and lack of info.

Over at Fuji-Racing, Jimmy (owner) wants to sell you a genuine product that comes with everything you need for the install and and tries to eliminate most of the probelms in the end for his customers. Good luck with you decision making.

Why do you keep saying the velocity stacks aren't installed? It clearly shows them in the videos, unless you guys have a different understanding of velocity stacks then I do.

You clearly saw what you saw. But those are called air horns. Not velocity stacks.

velocity stacks and air horns are relatively the same thing from all accounts that I know. You can use velocity stacks to expand the overall length of the air horn.
