Here's a picture of my baby's. The top left is the comptech NSX supercharger and the top right is the S2000 Comptech supercharger. I think you can figure out the other two.

Jim..excuse me if someone has already covered this but does the supercharger affect your warranty at all?
What does the supercharger warranty itself cover?
How long have you had the supercharger on the NSX and any engine problems as a result?
Sorry about all the questions but I'm most interested in your mods

The supercharger voids the factory warranty but Comptech will cover any engine problems that result from the supercarger.
The NSX I had supercharged in November 2000 and I have had no problems. I have several friends that have had them for well over a year without any difficulty. My understanding is that there has never been an NSX engine failure as a result of using the Comptech supercharger. In fact the local Acura dealer in town will often put superchargers on new NSXs before they are sold.

Jim thanks for the pictures. Boy I was sure hoping that Acura wasn't going to change the NSX, but that's the way it goes. I really would like one but I'm just not going to pay the 143,000.00 they'll be asking. I'm sure in there eyes it's due but I'n not so sure! Like to see the whole auto (NSX). Thanks again.

And exactly how do you decide what car to drive? That's a tough decision I wouldn't mind making
Nice cars! Here's hoping they are both as reliable as they should be.

The S2000 is my daily driver. Dyno numbers are one the site here. I will post the dyno graphs again. The S2k makes 290hp at the rear wheels and 178Lb ft of torque. I drive the NSX mainly on the weekends (tires are too expensive and it goes through a set about every 5k miles). The wheels are BBS RSII in chrome. 18" in back and 17" in front. I live in Ahwatukee.
