my car was like that (without bracing) with hardtop when I bought used. That's why I bought your cover instead of soft top. I finally installed everything and looks so good. I love it.

I looked up the diagram for the CR and honda sells just a plate for the hardtop hardware to fit on. Its number 23 and 24.

So 23/24 are basically the brackets that bolt to the car to mount the hardtop hardware?

I removed my soft top and have been looking for a better way to secure my hardtop. I was going to get the brackets from an OEM softtop and just cut them and place them in my car.

23/24 will work on all models?

wonder how easy/hard it would be to install a stock soft top........
we (3) removed the soft top in 3 hours. The problem was that we are 5.8 - 6.2 feet tall

I've got a 4 point roll bar in my AP2

I think its a better chassis reinforcement than the CR rear brace

Frank, thats what I did. I bought a used soft top assembly for dirt cheap, I grinded off all the unnecessary parts, and only used the portion that bolts up to the car and allows for the hard top hardware to bolt up. Kinda similar to part 23/34. It works out very well.

So Ryan, what I've been wondering is are you going to be able to install a roll bar and leave the bracing intact?
