Well...i dunno how i rubbed. But if you've ever seen the Seibon fenders, they may be wider, but they're not stuctured like the OEM fenders with the metal "tab" that can be rolled. The fender is one complete piece so i'm not sure if it really gets that much more clearance. also...the crack in the fender might not have anything to do with tire rubbing. I've scraped my fenders a few times recently, so it might be a crack due to stressing of the fender.
