get an estimate,
and if u decide to tell ur insurance and the insurance sends a check
MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE CHECK
and not the bodyshop. Have the check written to your name.

If the bodyshop takes the check they can say:
we need to replace seatbelts, airbags, this and that for safety, that and this for state law after an accident, etc etc.

next thing you know they havne't replaced anything they listed but only the broken parts that you can visually see. they keep the rest of the money.

How in the hell did you loose it on that road? Looks only cosmetic but check everthing i'd reccomend making a list of all the possible things that could have been affected in the mishap. If all checks out get an alignment and upgrade your front bumper!

Please read the original post before you start implying things about my driving ability. There is a rut on the inside of the corner, as I entered the corner my tire slipped off the road and into the rut for 1/2 second, and when I jumped back onto the road I lost traction to the front wheels and couldn't slow down fast enough. I talked to some people in my local car club, and apparently many people have done the exact same thing as I did in the same location. I believe some people have even rolled on that corner.

Thanks for the advice, I'll keep this in mind if I decide to go through insurance.

^ Driving on the road is hard, amirite?

Although in ur defense the road and that dirt look kind of like the same texture lol. Its like an optical illusion. That sucks. =P

Now onward with the upgrades! =D

I'm gonna put money on you bent the front control arms slightly. I took a backwards off the freeway a few months ago and tweaked one. Car tracks straight, but i end up about 2 degrees shy of the minimum allowable caster. Expect to buy control arms or live with out of spec caster.
