i was looking at the front of the car the other day and i noticed that the front of the hood was a little crooked. at closer inspection, i see that the left side of my front hood is closer to the bumper than the right side. anyone else notice this on their car?

 

Something may be wrong with yours....mine is straight, as you can tell from this picture.

 

I don't think that's typical of S2000s. My hood is perfect.

Mine was like this too...at the point where the bumper meets the fender. I felt underneath the bumper and found that I was missing a bolt on the loose side, the outer most bolt.

 

Mine is OK though...Could it be shifted from dropping the hood at a certain height? (Just a wild guess)

 

i looked at it again last night and it seems the blk rubber where the hood meets the bumper is uneven.

 

i figured out the problem. the uneveness came from the little rubber piece in front of the airbox. evidently, the two on the right and left balance the hood somewhat when shut. i readjusted the one on left side and it looks even now.
