The driver of the F20 is one of the better driver out of Best Motoring, he really pushes the car...just like Tsuchiya.
Oh! then I guess it's a pretty fair comparson ...

if this is the same video Ive seen, look at the lap times at the end

The ap1 clocked a faster lap time in the 3 laps than the AP2 did by about .1 seconds.

Juichi Wakisaka is probably the best driver in JGTC but when it comes to street cars, hes not that great compared to like Orido or Taniguchi

i prefer the higher redline over 10lbs of torque myself. the F20 did an awesome job. i agree with mxt, if the f20 had a better start, he woulda more than likely won that battle.
There are more advantages to f22c than added torque, there is also additional power.

Ever wonder if the manufacturers pay them to drive the newest cars and let the new car poop all over the older car in an effort to drive sales...?

F22c typically dynos higher than F20c. I thought it had also been recently suggested that MY06 and MY07 are even stronger than the MY05 and MY04 cars. Maybe it is just the reflashable ecu on the newer cars...I will link up something if I can find it. Unless someone else wants to chime in.
As inaccurate as it is, my butt dyno also tells me that my AP1 was less powerful than my AP2.
