as far as handeling is concerned, the new ap2 is superior over the ap1.

Tsuchiya's probably a better drive too ...
I hate the other guy... every best motoring he is either the pussy or the newb. His skills is not close to Tsuchiya's at all.

yet he managed to pull a faster lap time. I'm guessing if they switched cars, Tsuchiya would've have done better with the F20

I think everyone feels that their own MY is the best handling. MY00/01 say theirs are the best. MY02/03 say theirs are the best and so on. Lol, when I had my MY02 I thought it was unbeatable. Funny, because now I think the same about my MY06... and you really aren't steering it in the wrong direction. Eventually this will deteriorate fully into AP1 vs AP2 pissing match.
But it has been proven that AP2 suspension, and thereby handling, is better.

Me too. That way we can put some of the driver variance out of the way.

I noticed in the video, recalling from my memory now since watching it over the weekend and reading through everyone's response, I think the ap1 entered the corners with enough speed to run through the AP2 and this shows evidence that it is carrying good speed cornering....this also supports why the AP1 had a faster time on the track....no interference with a lead car. Put in a lead car, if you dive into the corner hot and have to correct you line and speed because of a lead car....then that lead car with the extra torque will get the advantage exiting out the corner for two main reasons...the extra torque and the lead car has no interference coming into the corner. Each corner I noticed this. I'd like to see how the battle would turn out if the AP1 lead the lap and the AP2 were chasing. I'm sure it would still be a good battle.

Yet it still clocks a slower lap time
