You can spot the MR2 replicas quite easily. They have a vented rear window. The 355 doesn’t have it. Apparently its quite a bitch to remove so most just leave it in and hope that no one will notice.

This dude next door to me had a replica 355. At the time I had a MY2001 Impreza. Its wasn’t stock...bout (561bhp). One day I was messing around with it on the drive-way and making lots of noise and shit. He came over and was like:

"Oh so you like Jap crap do you"

and I was like

"Hell yes - what do you have anyway?"

He said "a 355!"..smugly

SO I walked across to his drive to check it out...that’s when I noticed the rear window....then I noticed the tyres.....then the maaaaasive wheel arch gap....finally I asked him to lift the hood hahahahahaha!

I could have died laughing when he admitted it was a Toyota hahahaha!

He didn’t want to run....surprisingly
