Updated pics at the bottom of first post.

Are the pics too small? The next size I can choose is double the existing and I thought it might be a little too large.

Congrats on beggining the project! Your really going to get the pucker effect when your see you much you flex the fenders with a Eastwood roller. My fronts have a 25mm-30mm pull with a flare.

^I already have seen how much they flex. It's insane. Everything I'm doing from this point forward will be done with just a hammer and dolly. The fender roller ended up pulling the fender away from where it meets the front bumper so I'm going to have to go back and try to close the gap a little. I plan on avoiding that problem when I start the passenger side.

Now that I've started it's all I want to work on. I wish I could bust out of work and go home to beat on them some more.

Because of the massive stretch cause my pulling and flaring, mine started to shift as well. Got to pay to play.

Steve,

That is what it looks like when your first start. The lip does not bend out as easily as people might think it would. It takes a lot of time to get it really smooth and flow with the curves of the fender. People probably never really noticed but just above the lip, the fender has a really nice shape....something like a car from the 40s would have. Everything nowadays is very flat and box to make repairs easy. Even some body guys are not all that skilled in doing this type of thing.

I'll take some better photos of my flare and so you can reference them easily.

yea but Arvou does a full on repaint and heat forming job. its alot easier to get a smooth roll if your stripping and re-painting.
