Very nice job of cutting those to fit. Not sure about those plastic tabs, though. What I'd like to see would be a matching leather insert. Rick, are you listening?

Xviper, those look really fantastic -- have you noticed the effectiveness going away above 45mph as Mingster here says?

I have Rick's fullsized aeroscreen and would like to hear what you think of the rollhoop/aeroscreen combo when you get that all set up.

Nice job Dave!

I had trouble justifying the cost of leather inserts as well, so my wife used suede, and I made the padding out of rigid foam. I think they cost about $8.00 total, and look really nice.

I'm 6'2" and long waisted, so I get hammered from over the windshield. Oh well, at least my neck is warm on cold winter days.
