As much as people despise handouts, i'm sure you wouldn't have turned them away when YOU were 16 saying: "No thanks dad, I'll buy my own...."

I agree that straight A's shouldn't land you a mercedes. One should learn that straight A's will get you a job so you can land yourself a mercedes.

Hell, I got a full university scholarship, and bought myself a honda prelude as my first car after I graduated university.

Although, this post is pretty "hey look at me and how rich my parents are...."

I didn't tell black people to drive Escalades with Sprewells, I am telling white people not to.

This post had and has nothing to do with, "hey look how rich my parents are." Just to let you we are not even close to rich. You must not know what rich is; there is a difference between doing well and being rich. My Dad wasn't handed nothing so he wanted to give his kids more then what he had. Hate if you want to im not bragging or boasting on anything I have. This is a forum everyone post their cars, what because you think that we are spoiled or whatever I shouldn't post are cars, wait if they were cars of lesser value would it be alright. I just don't get some people. I cant staned haters. All i wanted was some feedback on the cars I didn't know it would bring all the haters out. Im not to worried about what you think I deal with haters all the time. I just thought after about 18 people stoped hating a grew up. Just for the record my brother and I both have 100% paid academic scholarships.

I am not equating race to a piece of metal. I am saying that in general, white guys, with a few exceptions (Justin Timberlake) look like jackasses driving around with 22" Sprewells or similar rims. That is just my opinion.
You are certainly entitled to your opinion. Still fail to see how one's genetic DNA make one race look better than another owning a certain type of car or alloy wheels.

I just hope this is not how you see the world in general, there is enough division in this world as it is.............................

I agree, I do not think he meant any harm, just does not seem right to state who should drive what.

First let me start off by telling everyone that my father is 43 retired from the Navy and while in the navy he became an Anestisiologest. There is a lot of people in the world that just hate for no resion. Do not hate because you don't have something I cant stand people like that. I can understand someone thinking are cars are a little expensive, eventhough I don't think the same way I can see where your coming from. Spoiled is the complete opposite of what we are. I feel that I deserve everything my parents have ever given me. You might say we don't work for are stuff, but when your 16 make straight A's have a 4.5 GPA play football and baseball at the varsity level as a 9th grader and also go to state in weightlifting. I would say that takes a little work. Its not like my brothers and I are some ungrateful scumbags who don't know what the meaning of money is. I am 19 yes my parents pay for my school ect.. but I have a job and I work the stock market a little in my free time. So don't tell me I am just looking for a handout. I am in college majoring in Finance and hope to get my MBA in Investment Banking I don't just sit on my ass and spend my parents money. Even if I did do that who are you to judge me and just hate. Everyone knows that if your parents were able to buy you a nice car you would take it or would be be some idiot and turn it down and buy a beater.
keep up the good work sounds to me like you work rather hard......to some maybe they grew up in a lower middle class family and their idea of hard work is working 12hrs a day at the factory, but to you it may be school all day, studying after that or maybe getting a few hours of work in while your not at practice for sports....that sound like hard work to me. The problem is people have different views of hard work. Your fortunate to have what you do, but it also appears that you deserve it.

heh, i think the total cost of those cars is more than my parents house. i'm one of the work for it guys myself. i actually was given a brand new car when i was 16, and 2 months later i gave it back and bought my own. that felt great . working to afford the S just makes it feel that much better when i'm just cruisen around. and personally, i'm sure i will be a LOT better off than my parents, and my kids will be stuck building/buying there own cars. heh. but, thats just how we do where i'm from. props on the cars though, all look pretty tasteful
