Glad I caught this in time.
Im a BMW tech btw. Some models depending on options come with RE050A Runflats and I have seen those tires with the same damage. Keep in mind that the cars that I spotted the damage on are completly stock. Why? i cant explain.. but as courtesy we replace the tires for free (depending on milage) to keep the customers from getting into a accident.
im sorry but i rubbed and and even bended my fenders and my tires have never gotten slash like that yea pieces have gotten cut-off but not a slice like that all across the tire looks like is about to come apart....
def. looks like a cut tire from fender rub, i work at a firestone and used to work at a performance shop. i have seen slammed cars come in a lot with cut tires like that, usually worse cause people are ignorant and don't check stuff like tire pressure!
