I am using Denso Iridium.

Shop said I should be using copper cored plugs 1 rating colder than stock. It seems Mikes shop agrees.

Having trouble rounding up the model # though. Everyplace I call says they dont ahve a copper core for the S2000. I migh have Honda put stock plugs back in under the TSB.

No video yet. I will try and get some tonight. Having trouble rounding up someone with a Video camera. We have digital cameras up the butt but no Video cameras.

Ill see what I can do.

I beleive I do have the IK 24's but I can double check when I get home. Its suppoedly just an issue with platinum/iridium and FI. Im calling vortech now.

yeah calling them would be a good idea. i have never heard of issues between iridiums and FI. all i know is turbo cars run them all the time. Have you actually checked the condition of the plugs? my ik24's fouled up pretty quickly.

If that is the case, then you are using the wrong heat range/type of plug for your setup. I would change to something else. What if any mods do you have on your S2000?

Vortech says that they do not recommend platinum or iridium. They said that the problem is more than likely the gap. They said to gap them to 35 thousanths. That is quite a bit smaller gap than I have now.

I will try this after work and let you know.

i got them becausei was told they perform well in hotter climates. i used to have the full I/H/E combo as well as a V-afc. But, i think unecessarly long amount of idle time was the casue of mine fouling so quickly
