[QUOTE=camera obscura,Feb 29 2008, 04:16 PM] *sigh....*

Between that stupid (yellow) stick and the numbers on the side of your otherwise stock car, you're getting exactly the attention your asking for.

some guy at my school has one of the blue bubbly ones. when i walked past his 240 and looked in i could have swore he had just screwed a dildo onto the shifter. when i asked him where he got it he calmy replied "osaka" like he goes there every other weekend or something.

I use a shift knob that is slightly taller/longer than stock... I'm a big fan. Yours looks a bit too long though. What I mean is, does it not come close to hitting the dash when engaged in first gear? Mine is much shorter than your "rod" and my hand comes very close to the dash when engaging first gear.

Oh, and no one laughs at mine nor do I feel like more or less of a man because of my knob

jeggy: i don't want to turn this into a commercial post, so i can't post pricing or anything.... but you can always visit My Website and check it out there

cuonice: thats funny... no, actually i've never once come close enough to the dash to hit it... but i can extend my fingers and touch the dash... It is about 2.5"-3" or so from the dash. If i remember, i'll measure it exactly tomorrow.

Looking forward to seeing the car next week. Props for doing what you want regardless what other people think

Shift knob is unique. But I think we can all agree that the welds in your sig are quite nice.
