Behind the rear tires, on the inside, along the seam where the bumper meets the quarter panel, there is a bolt. You need to remove the bolt, and move it back about 1 1/2 inches on the same seam. Drill a hole and put the bolt back in. Then grind down where the bolt was previously. And also trim the bumper. This will give you more clearance.

Do a search on here for bumper bolt relocation, I found it on here a couple years ago when I did mine and the thread had some good pics in it.

way too big.. especially with 18's!!
i would go with 225/40/18 front, 255/35/18 rear
