you need an alignment shop to adjust your camber etc... DO NOT do it without the proper tools.

Get on some camber. You can make it work, but they're right... That rear tire is way too tall. Your acceleration is going to suffer :/ You can make them fit though, 255 isn't even that big

I'm doing 225/45/18 and 255/40/18 rears no rubbing, but then again, I'm not lowered...flush all around
